The pain of feeling stuck, heartbroken, not enough, too much, not chosen, not heard, unseen... I've been there and there are times when I still find myself there. I am not at the top of my mountain, I’m simply at a different perspective showing you the tools you can use to change your life.
I come from a long run in the corporate world as well as using my own personal experience in life as a women who was finding herself again after a traumatic divorce. Along my journey, women often reached out for guidance and as time went on I found myself taking time every week to mentor women who would seek my guidance.
Through this experience of women seeking me, it really became an 'ah ha' moment of, this is MY PURPOSE. Turns out, helping other women was a true passion of mine. When I was helping other women turn on their light, see the beauty, natural potential and power they hold within themselves, it's pure joy. I want nothing more than every single woman to live out their purpose, experience joy and cultivate the true genuine love that they crave.
I realized how similar we all are and how critical we can be of ourselves. Every woman deserves to love herself and her life. I’ve also found that in-order to find the true love I craved I had to learn to love myself in all the ways I wanted to be loved first. My passion shifted from wanting to help only a couple of women here and there to understanding it is my soul’s PURPOSE to coach and help other women heal themselves.
Over the past 6 years, I have committed myself to learning through books, podcasts, workshops, coaching, and life experiences. As I have integrated these learnings, I have grown into a woman and a coach I am deeply proud of.
My purpose is not to help women be happy 24/7. My purpose is to help women build a stronger relationship with themselves so that they can show up in the uncertainty and challenges of life with curiosity, compassion, and courage.
