My work completely centers on helping women return to themselves.
I integrate Human Design, subconscious healing, and hypnosis-based practices to support women in releasing conditioned patterns and rebuilding trust in their inner authority.
Over the past several years, I have devoted myself to the study of Human Design, subconscious reprogramming, and transformational coaching. My approach blends structured training with lived experience, creating space for women to explore their patterns with curiosity, compassion, and courage.
Before this work, I spent many years in different professional fields. Looking back, I now find it ironic that although each role seemed unrelated at the time, they all centered around alignment in one form or another. I helped straighten teeth as an orthodontic assistant, align hair as a hairstylist, and support patients who were realigning their bodies while working as a chiropractic assistant. Later, my work shifted toward energy effeciency, helping educational institutions and corporate clients align their energy usage to reduce waste and operate more efficiently.
At the time, I never would have used the word alignment to describe what I was doing. But in hindsight, the thread was always there.
Today my work focuses on helping women move beyond surface-level change and into deeper alignment with their energy, intuition, and authentic path.
Family is at the center of my life. I’m a wife and a mother to two daughters, and at the time of writing this, I’m also expecting our third child. My two oldest daughters hold a very special place in my heart. During one of the darkest periods of my life, they were truly my lifeline and a big part of the reason I kept moving forward. I often think of them as my little angels, and I know they played a profound role in shaping the woman I have become today.
Motherhood has deeply shaped the way I see the world and the way I approach my work. It reminds me daily of the importance of presence, compassion, and creating a life that feels aligned not just for myself, but for the people I love.
My husband is one of the greatest gifts in my life. He is patient, deeply caring, and very much a numbers-minded person—quite different from me in many ways. Yet through every stage of my journey, including the early years of what I now recognize as my spiritual awakening, he stood beside me with unwavering support. Before I even had the language to explain what I was experiencing, he never made me feel strange, dramatic, or “crazy.” Instead, he listened, encouraged me, and created a space where I felt safe exploring who I truly was.
I often reflect on how different my life might have been if our paths hadn’t crossed. I went through an unhealthy marriage earlier in my life, and I now see how that experience gave me a deeper appreciation for the kind of love I have today. Sometimes I joke that I always believed I would win the lottery one day—and in many ways, I feel like I did. Just not in the way most people expect.
I truly believe I won the love lottery.
The love we share feels like a gift, and I often catch myself wishing everyone could experience a relationship like this. So many circumstances had to unfold for us to meet and build a life together, and looking back, everything happened exactly as it needed to.
Even when I explore systems like cardology and see the themes of love, family, and devotion connected to the Queen of Hearts, I sometimes smile at the synchronicity. In many ways, it feels like the life I am living now was always quietly written into my path.

Outside of my work, there are many things that bring me back to myself.
Music has always held a special place in my life. I first discovered techno and electronic music during a trip to Germany with my grandmother the summer before I started eighth grade. I was born in Germany, and she wanted to take me back to my roots. One night, my cousin brought me to what they called a “disco,” and the moment I heard the music, I was completely hooked. For many years I felt like I had to keep that love quiet, but today EDM is one of the things that makes me feel the most alive and free.
I also love LOVE working with my hands and creating things. Making clay jewelry and experimenting with plaster wall art are two of the ways I tap into my creativity. There’s something incredibly grounding about shaping something with my hands and watching it come to life—it’s both relaxing and deeply fulfilling. It's something I can start and stop anytime naturally and it works for me.
I enjoy playing video games as well, especially The Legend of Zelda. My husband jokingly calls me a “Zelda nerd,” and honestly, he’s not wrong. My daughters and I love playing together, and it’s something we all genuinely enjoy sharing.
I love being outside, traveling, spending time with animals, and working under a covered patio while it’s raining. Rain has always felt peaceful to me.
Above all, I love learning. Whether it’s exploring consciousness, spirituality, or new tools that help people understand themselves more deeply, curiosity has always been one of my greatest teachers.
